கேக்கிறவன் கேனப்பெயன்டா..... என்ற கூற்றை நிரூபிக்க இன்றைய எடுத்துக்காட்டு நண்பர் ஒருவரின் ப்ளாக் தான். அதை உங்களுக்காக இங்கே லிங்குகிறேன்.

இதை சர்மா என்பவர் எழுதி இருக்கிறார். அதில் அணுசக்தி பற்றி டாக்டர். அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்கள், ஒரு நாளேட்டிற்கு எழுதிய கட்டுரையின் விமர்ச்சனமாக அமைந்துள்ளது.
இதை படித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும் போது, ஏதோ ஒரு பாமரன்(துறை அறிவற்ற) தன்னுடைய சந்தேகத்தை, மற்றவர்களுக்கும் தூண்டும்படியாக தத்ரூபமாக எழுதியிருக்கிறான் என நினைத்தேன். ஆனால் அதன் முடிவில், தன் பெயர் சர்மா என்றும், தன்னை Former Secretary (Power), GOI, Former Adviser (Energy), Planning Commission, Visakhapatnam என்றும் அவர் அறிமுகப்படுத்தியதைக்கண்டு அதிர்ந்து போனேன்.
இப்போது நேரடியாக விஷயத்திற்கு வருவோம். அவர், கலாம் அவர்களிடம் நிறைய கேள்விகள் கேட்டுள்ளார். அவற்றில் அவர் முக்கியமாக சந்தேகிப்பது கலாம் அவர்களின் துறைசார்ந்த அறிவியல் அறிவையும் அதற்கான சைண்டிபிக் பேப்பர்ஸ் இருக்கிறதா என்பதையுமே!.
இதில் நான் தலையிட காரணம்: BARC- Mumbai உடன் எனக்கு இரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் Atomic Research சம்பந்தமான தொடர்பு இருந்தது தான். அந்த வகையில் அணுக்கதிர்வீச்சின் குணங்களையும் அவற்றுடன் வாழ்வதன் சாதக பாதங்களையும் “அனுபவித்து” அறிந்தவன் என்ற சிறிய ரோசம் தான்.
இவ்வகையில், சர்மா அவர்களின் கட்டுரை மிகவும் ”சூப்பர்பீசியல்” அறிவுடன் எழுதப்பட்டது என்பதை என்னால் உணர முடிந்தது.

இது என்னமோ ”உணவிற்கும், உடல்பலத்திற்கும் இடையே: மனநிலை பேதலிக்காமலிருப்பதும், கையும் வாயும் ஒத்துழைப்பதும் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கின்றன்றன. அது தெரியுமா உங்களுக்கு?” என்று கேட்பதுபோல் அல்லவா?. இதை அரைகுறை அறிவுள்ள எந்த மனிதனும், “ஆமாம், சரிதானே! அவர்கேட்பதில் என்ன தவறு” என்று கேட்கவைக்கும். இது தெளிவுபடுத்துவதல்ல. குழப்புவது.
இவ்வாறு திசை திருப்பும், மக்களைக் குழப்பும் இதுபோன்ற ஆர்ட்டிகிள்கள், இதை எதிர்க்கவேண்டுமென்று முடிவுசெய்தவர்களுக்கு ஒரு நொண்டிக்குதிரையாக கைகொடுக்கிறது.
அதேபோல் அவர் கேட்கும் ஒரு முக்கியமான கேள்வி, அணுசக்தி உலையின் தீமைகள்? கண்டிப்பாக தீமைகள் உண்டு. இதை விளக்க, எனக்குத் தெரிந்த வழி, என் தாத்தா எனக்கு போன் பண்ணி, ”ஏன்டா! ஏரோபிளேன்ல போறதே ஆபத்தாம்லடா! நிதமும் ஒரு ஏரோபிளேன் விழுந்துருச்சு, நெறையபேரு செத்துபோய்ட்டாய்ங்கன்னு செய்தில காட்ராய்ங்கடா. வேணாஞ்சாமி! நீ இங்கயே வந்துடு, வெளிநாட்டுக்கெல்லாம் போகவேணாம்”னு சொல்லும்போது, அதை பொய் என்று மறுத்துவிடமுடியுமா? இல்லை நான் போகிற ஏரோபிளேன் விழுகாதுன்னு உறுதிகொடுக்க முடியுமா?
இன்னும் விளக்கிக்கொண்டே போகலாம். ஆனால் என்மனஓட்டம் இப்போது என்ன சொல்கிறதென்றால், “அரைமணி நேரத்துக்கு மேல லெக்சர் எடுத்த வாத்திய நீ என்னா மானக்கேடா திட்ன, இப்ப நீயே????”. ஆகையால் இப்போதைக்கு இவ்வளவு தான்! விரும்பிக்கேட்டால் இன்னும் விரியும்.
டயம் கிடைத்தால் இதையும் படிக்கவும். அந்த பிரச்சினையை பற்றி புரிந்துகொள்ளாமல், அதைப்பற்றிய டெக்னிகல் நாலேட்சும் இல்லாமலே எப்படி வாதாடலாம் என பின்னூட்டத்தில் இருந்து இரு அண்ணன்மார்களின் குறிப்புகள் இங்கே!

4) People talks about non renewable in the past 30 years. I am from nagercoil, nearest town of Kudankulam. In 1988 when the same agitation was there, people talked about solar , wind etc. But last 25 years I didn’t find them in the competitive market. The same statement people are repeating now.
5) Can you make a model village/town which runs only with Non-renewable energy. Take the industry town in tamil nadu, Sivakasi and try to implement it as an example .
6)Try to make the village, where agitation is going on (Idithakarai), as solar powered village and then write about that.
6)Nearby Bangladesh last week sighed agreement with Russia for the construction of 2 ,1000 MW Reactors, Why?
7) UAE signed agreement with Korea for building nuclear reactors, (after a week of Fukushima accidnet) , why?
Please explain how many Nuclear reactors are under construction now in china?
9) If you feel that our energy policy is bad, why didn’t advice the Govt to change it when you were the Energy (Advisor)?
10) In your house you may having generator etc… Day to day we are suffering 6-8 hours power cut, In tamilnadu we don’t have sufficient water for agriculture and drinking. How can we get Hydro power?
Every day there are fights for water with neighboring states, Kerala(mullaiperiyar dam issue), Karnataka (Cauvery river issue), Andhra(Krishna river). What is alternate for our state.
11)Last one month see the condition in tamil nadu, there is shortage of coal, because of that thermal power production reduced. how to over come that?
12) Green peace people are warning us about Global warming, reduction in co2 emission is reqd etc, If the condition applies, How thermal power will go ahead?
13) petrol prices soaring up and oil companies always telling they are in loss.

12.Most commercial nuclear power plants release gaseous and liquid radiological effluents into the environment as a byproduct of the Chemical Volume Control System which affects sea aquatic system. The livelihood of people is also affected. what can be done to overcome this?
13.Spending too much money in nuclear plants for generating fewer amount of power. if the government spends renewable power more power could be generated. why government is only jumping on nuclear power?
14.The nuclear liability bill is passed by govt to protect nuclear companies to provide them immunity. if its too safe why the company is not accepting liability?
15.bhopal disaster victims are not even provided good medical facilities, compensation and livelihood.we are in a country were safety is not a issue in most cases. how can you trust the govt on safety matters?
